Yash engineers is a company promoted by Mr. R. M. Patil having an experience of over two decades in the engineering industry.
Yash engineers alongwith its group companies supplies machined components in Grey Cast Iron, S.G Iron through Green Sand Moulding
and Shell Moulding route & Forgings in SS, MS.
For this we have developed a cluster approach wherein we have formed a group comprising of Patternshop, Foundry, Forging, Unit, Machineshop,
Tool room, who work in tandem with each other for a common goal.
Foundry Infrastructure :
Two independent coreless induction furnaces of 50 Kg and 100 Kg capacity which
produces metal for every 40 minutes.
Caron Silicon analyzer to check composition as well as temerature of molten metal.
Shell mould making machines and ovens.
Compact molten metal pouring system to achive pouring accuracy and to maintain
metal temperature upto last mould. Moulds are stacked togther and poured to get
castings. Complete mould handling system from moulding to knockout of casting
and sand desposal, to keep floor clean and dust free.
In Fettling Section, to clean up the casting, tumbler type shot blasting machines
are lined to get sand free casting. There are pedestal grinders, bench grinders
and deburrers to remove gates.
For final inspection, Optical type Brinell hardness testers, to check hardness of
casting and microscope with image analyzing software.
Besides this we have developed a strong family of our dedicated vendors, where in the total technical support of tooling, jigs,
fixtures, gauges is provided by us and we use their capacity exclusively for our components.
